    • Usually held the 3rd Thursday of the month, at 10am Pacific time, 1pm Eastern.

Brittany and Colleen discuss the different ways members of The ADHD Guild go about using the potentially enormous power of posting a list of the tasks you're hoping to get done that day. From the practical side of breaking down specifically what actions look like, to including fun emoji, this tool has been helpful for many ADHD Guild members.

Having a public, but non-judgmental and supportive space in which to share the stuff you intend to get done today is one of the many benefits of a community such as ours. The key is having supportive people who *get* the ADHD struggles! Many of our members have benefitted greatly by it!

A brass plaque displays the name of Xavier's School for Gifted Youngsters, the place where Xmen are supported in their uniqueness, just like members of The ADHD Guild.
